These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Dr GM Monama website and online booking system ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the Service

This website allows you to submit appointment requests with Dr GM Monama's practice. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment — all requests are subject to confirmation by the Practice.

2. Not for Medical Emergencies

This website and booking system are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a booking request, including identification, contact, and medical aid details. Providing false information may result in your booking being declined or cancelled.

4. Account & Patient App Access

Patients registered with the Practice may be issued a time-limited access code to the patient mobile application. You are responsible for keeping this code confidential and for all activity under your patient account.

5. Fees

Consultation fees and cancellation/no-show charges are governed by the Practice's Financial Responsibility Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of the Practice and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." The Practice does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or booking system, and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Practice may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
